Any changes or additional requests will result in an updated estimate or agreement.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments, consultations, and showings must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice is not provided within the required time frame.

4. Payment

Payment for services, including commissions or consultation fees, is due as agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, etc.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate property information and access as needed for services.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables or fragile items during property showings or inspections.

We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items or misrepresented property details.

6. Property Condition and Liability

We will perform services with reasonable care; however, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing property issues, structural defects, or disclosures not previously identified.

Market fluctuations or changes outside our control.

Information provided by third parties that may affect property outcomes.

7. Weather and External Conditions

Appointments or showings may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen conditions.

Clients will be notified promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

We strive for client satisfaction and provide professional, expert services.

No guarantees are made regarding property sale price, timing, or market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services provided.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Acceptance
